Mvolve has made it easy for you to import your contacts from LinkedIn; webmail like Hotmail; and email programs such as Outlook.

Import your contacts from your email program

Upload files from Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird

If you use an email program (such as Outlook):
Importing your contacts from email programs such as Outlook is easy. Simply upload your CSV file, choose the contacts you want to import into your Mvolve contact list. If they're not already an Mvolve member we will invite invite them to join too.

How to create a CSV file from your email program:

To export contacts from Outlook 2000-2003

Switch to Contact view
Go to File menu, select "Import/Export". Import and Export Wizard window appears.
Select "Export to a file". Click Next.
Select "Comma Separated Values" (DOS or Windows). Click Next.
Select where to save the CSV file. Click Next.
Click Finish.

To export contacts from Outlook Express 6

Go to File->Export->Address Book menu. Address book export tool appears.
Select "Text File (Comma Separated Values)". Click Export.
Select where to save the CSV file. Click Next.
Click Finish

To export contacts from Thunderbird 1.5.x

Go to Tools->Address Book menu. Address book window appears.
Go to Tools->Export menu.
Select path to save file. Remember to select "Comma Separated (*.CSV)" under the "Save as type" dropdown list. Click save.

Import your contacts from webmail

Import your contacts from popular webmail providers

If you use email on the web (such as Gmail or Hotmail):
Choose the service you use, input your email address and password, and your contact list will be displayed. Now just choose the contacts you want to import into your Mvolve contact list. If they're not already an Mvolve member we will invite invite them to join too.

Import your contacts from LinkedIn

If you use LinkedIn:
Input your normal LinkedIn email address and password, just as you would if logging in to LinkedIn. We will extract your contact list so that you can select those who you wish to invite to Mvolve. We will also highlight those who are already members of Mvolve.
